● Award-winning actor/director Frank Ferrante recreates his internationally acclaimed stage and screen portrayal of legendary comedian Groucho Marx in this 90 minutes of hilarity. The two-act comedy consists of the best Groucho one-liners, anecdotes and songs, including “Hooray for Captain Spalding,” and “Lydia, the Tattooed Lady.” “Mr. Ferrante’s timing is digital sharp” (The New York Times) and his “comic genius” (The Seattle Times) is fully in evidence as Ferrante makes the audience part of the show by ad-libbing conversations with the audience for each performance. According to Miriam Marx Allen, (Groucho’s daughter), “Frank doesn’t just do Groucho… he is Groucho,” as he portrays the young Groucho of stage and film and reacquaints us with the likes of brothers Harpo, Chico, Zeppo and Gummo, as well as an assortment of Groucho’s contemporaries. This show is perfect for audiences of all ages.
