Seafood Treasures – Summer Seafood Dining Special

Seafood Treasures, featuring a four-course fine seafood dinner for two with a bottle of Michael Mondavi Canvas wine, prix fixe at just $89 per couple.

Available now through October 1, 2018, Seafood Treasures, created by Chef de Cuisine Gaston Sanchez, features the region’s best fresh catch complimented by tropical flavors of Florida and the Caribbean including pineapple, ginger, and passion fruit, with farm-to-table local vegetables.

“Seafood Treasures is carefully prepared for our guests with a choice of extra colossal shrimp or fresh catch, tropical flavors and options to please any palate. This summer, residents from Naples, Bonita, Estero and even Sanibel made dinner reservations up to a month in advance,” said Chef Gaston Sanchez, chef de cuisine at Tarpon Bay Restaurant.

The Seafood Treasures menu includes a first course of house-made ceviche appetizer, the second course is a choice of fresh Caesar salad with anchovy filet and parmesan tuille or creamy Lobster Bisque with paddlefish caviar. Third course is a choice of either “Extra colossal” U5 grilled Gulf shrimp with choice of pineapple diablo sauce or lemon beurre blanc OR the day’s fresh catch prepared either grilled or seared. The entrée includes a pyramid of cilantro-ginger rice and a farm-to-table vegetable bouquet. The fourth course is a passion fruit custard tart with fresh fruit and meringue. To accompany dinner is a bottle of Michael Mondavi Canvas Wine, choose from Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.

Experience the romantic atmosphere surrounding Tarpon Bay Restaurant with lakeside and fountain views, cocktails outside at the fire pit on the patio, flaming tiki torches, soft Caribbean music, aromas of blooming night jasmine and twinkling lights overhead in a canopy of Banyon trees. Tarpon Bay Restaurant in Bonita Springs is open to the public daily for dinner at 5:30pm with live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Located at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort, 5001 Coconut Road, Bonita Springs, FL. Restaurant guests enjoy free self-parking. Valet is also available. Dinner reservations are recommended.
