More Than 300 JDRF Supporters in Naples Expected at JDRF One Walk®
―With the help of Arthrex, Wynn’s Market, Wynn’s Properties, Sunshine Ace Hardware, Seminole Casino, Germain BMW, Enterprise Holdings, Another Man’s Treasure Consignment and Design and many other supporters, JDRF’s Florida Suncoast Chapter aims to raise $100,000 for critically needed type 1 diabetes research ―

Naples, December 3, 2016 ― JDRF One Walk will kick off it’s First Walk in Naples on Saturday 8am registration at North Collier Regional Park 15000 Livingston Road, aiming to raise more than $100,000 to help fund critically needed type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. The event, organized by JDRF Florida Suncoast Chapter is expected to attract more than 300 supporters representing local businesses, families, schools, and other organizations. The event is one of more than 200 community JDRF One Walks nationwide that bring together hundreds of thousands of people each year who share JDRF’s vision to create a world without T1D.

JDRF encourages people of all ages driven to support a great cause to participate in JDRF One Walk and enjoy a fun day with Rachel Polansky from NBC2, Mike’s Climbing Adventure, Dunkin Donuts, McAlister’s, The Zig Zag Girls and more. On-site registration begins at 8 am at the North Collier Regional Park. The entire JDRF One Walk will be approximately 1.25 miles long, starting along the lake and ending as you finish a wonderful trail nestled along nature trail and bridge.
